Immigration office
In accordance with the German Residence Act, the immigration office decides upon:
- Entrance into the country
- Residence permit
- Settlement permit
- Work permit for foreigners
At the immigration office you can also obtain confirmation of accommodations (Wohnraumbescheinigung), confirmation of employment (Arbeitgeberbescheinigung) and information on integration courses.
