Waste disposal

In Heilbronn waste is collected in waste containers, compost containers, yellow bags and yellow containers (for small packaging materials), blue containers (for recyclable paper) and at recycling centers. The waste containers are the property of the city of Heilbronn. Please contact the waste management companies directly to obtain the necessary waste containers or to dispose of any bulk waste. When moving within Heilbronn, take the waste containers with you, if there is not already a shared waste container at the new address. However, if you are moving away from Heilbronn, you will need to contact a waste management company to have the containers picked up. You must contact the waste management authorities at least 14 days in advance to notify them that you will be taking the containers with you, or require them to be picked up upon your move.
